Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it SNOW!
For all my Utah friends who don't think it ever snows in AZ...Guess what? We woke up to around 15 feet of beautiful snow this morning! I found out quickly our neighbors wern't near as excited as we were! It reminds me of UT and i'm loving every last snowflake!
Sorry for not posting for well...6 months! No excuse, just wasn't at the top of my list! We are doing well!
Life with two kids is great! I love these lil' kiddos sooo very much. I'm grateful each day I get to be a mother. My boys teach me so much and we have a lot of fun together. Life was an adjustment for me with two kids. Up until around three months I was thinking, "what have I done?" But after getting a routine down, things are great! Little Jake is such a wonderful baby. So much easier than Judd. He eats like a champ, something I never knew a baby could do! It's so nice. We are having a lot of fun loving him!
Judd is busy with pre-school and loves it! He goes Tues and Thur from 9-11 and comes home with cute pictures and stories each week. He is getting so smart and growing so fast! He says the funniest things and i'll have to post them soon! Our big news: Judd is potty-trained! He does so well. He woke up about 4 weeks ago and said, "Mom, I wanna wear underwear!" At the time, I was rather annoyed, but didn't express it. Darren was out of town hunting for 6 days and I had a huge exam to study for! But to my dismay, he did awesome! He had around 25 snicker bars in less than 25 hours, but I didn't even care. We made sure to brush!!!
Business is going well for Darren. I am so proud of him. He has worked so hard and done so much to get this business up and running. So far, jobs have been steady and thats a huge blessing to us. The Wallow Fire provided a lot of great jobs for him. It's hard to believe we've lived here for close to 9 months now.
I really miss UT!!! Life is good here, but UT is home to me. UT is the place where Darren and I started our life together. We bought a home there, fixed it up, had wonderful jobs, had a baby, and had friends and neighbors we loved! Its sooo nice to be close to my family. They are wonderful and help us so much. Judd loves being close and has a lot of fun with everyone! It's been great to watch my brothers and sisters perform in their various activites. Hunter had a great football season and we loved watching him. Judd thought football was pretty great and I'm proud to say Judd is a LOBO FAN!
So we are getting ready for Christmas, wrapping up another semester, and anticipating being with our family in just a few weeks! Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! Love to you all!!!
