I am convinced...

That being alone is the worst thing EVER...

I must confess i've only been alone for 11 hours...

Darren and Judd are in AZ...

Oh how I miss them...

The next 5 days can't come soon enough...

I love my sweet boys...

We had a wonderful Christmas...

Hope you did too...

Guess what???

I got an A in chemistry!!!

Guess again???

School is consuming my life...and I thought chemistry was bad??? ha ha ha

Judd is busy....so busy...

he loves bannanas, tomatoes, & his squeaky shoes...

Darren is busy...so busy...

finding jobs, babysitting so mom can study, & fixing/re-modeling all sorts of things...

Life is wonderful...

we are so blessed...

*Now...a tender mama moment for all those who can relate*

So...school is really intense right now. Its not an understatement to say its all I do 24/7....seriously.

I'm doing homework the other day and poor Judd wants to play sooo badly. I continue giving him the cold shoulder and then...he decided he was through!

He grabs the papers out of my hands, throws them on the floor, and sits right down on my belly...looking me square in the eyes...I begin to cry....how could I let this happen? My sweet little baby just wants some attention from his mom...I often wonder if this is worth it? I'm trying to do my best, but its hard....very hard...and I just wanna give up. This was a great lesson for me...I NEVER want my children to feel like they have to work to get my attention. Being a good wife and a good mother is my top priority. I want Darren & Judd to know how much I really do appreciate their patience, understanding, & support. I could never do this alone. I love you both more than you'll ever know!!!

  1. I'm not a mom but that story is touching! I think it's awesome you're going back to school (as hard and frustrating as it is). Congrats on the awesome grade!!! You worked hard so you deserve it. I can't believe how big Judd is!! He gets cuter and cuter all the time. Hang in there girl... you can do it!! Love you guys!

  2. hope you get to see your boys soon. :) You're amazing for being a mom and going to school. That must be so hard. Judd will appreciate that you're doing it now, and not when he's older and really needs you.

  4. ahh, reading that makes me cry because I have been there TOO many times. oh man it's the most awful thing. it's either bad grades or play time, and how is that a fair choice??? it'll be okay, keep doing what you're doing! good luck =)
